VIX is designed, built and maintained by CortexLabs. This page sets out what we own, what you may do with it, and how to report infringement.

01Ownership

VIX — Verified Identity X-Tenant, including its source code, design system, interface, animations, icons, documentation and database schema, is owned by CortexLabs and protected by copyright, database right and design right.

02Trademarks

"CortexLabs", "VIX" and "Verified Identity X-Tenant", together with the VIX mark and app icon, are trademarks of CortexLabs.

Employer names, logos and brand colours displayed inside a tenant workspace remain the property of those employers and are used under licence for identification purposes only.

03Licence to you

While your employer holds a valid subscription, CortexLabs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use VIX for your work.

This licence does not permit copying, resale, sub-licensing, reverse engineering, decompilation or extraction of any substantial part of the platform or its data.

04Third-party components

VIX incorporates open-source components used under their respective licences. Attribution and licence texts are available on request from Cortexlabs.ai.app@gmail.com.

05Reporting infringement

If you believe content in VIX infringes your rights, email Cortexlabs.ai.app@gmail.com with the material, its location, proof of your rights and your contact details. We investigate every report and act promptly where a claim is substantiated.
