What VIX stores on your device, why each item exists, and how to clear it.

01No tracking

VIX is an internal workforce tool. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party analytics pixels.

02Strictly necessary storage

Session tokens keep you signed in securely and are refreshed automatically.

Local storage holds your theme, tenant workspace, offline pass cache and encryption keys for direct messages so your pass works without a connection.

These items are essential to the service and cannot be switched off without signing out.

03Clearing your data

Signing out removes your session and cached pass from the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data removes everything stored locally, including your message encryption keys.
